Ingredients:
For the Lamb Burgers:
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup parsley, minced
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 4 naan breads or pita
For the Green Harissa Sauce:
- 3 poblanos
- 2 jalapeños
- 1/4 cup cilantro, minced
- 1/4 cup parsley, minced
- 2 tbsp green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp mint, chopped
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Smoked salt, to taste
For the Toppings:
- Tomato slices
- Red onion slices
- Feta cheese, crumbled
Instructions:

Prepare the Green Harissa Sauce:
- Roast poblanos and jalapeños on the grill until charred. Peel, seed, and chop them.
- Blend roasted peppers, cilantro, parsley, green onions, garlic, mint, lemon juice, cumin, and olive oil until smooth. Season with smoked salt. Set aside.

Make the Lamb Patties:
- In a bowl, mix ground lamb, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Form into 4 equal-sized patties.

- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
